PEZTEH’s preferred sourcing model defines and segregates the agricultural source for each commercial lot—ideally one documented farm, or otherwise one controlled and traceable source lot.

What it does not mean
Single-farm sourcing does not eliminate aflatoxin, microbial or residue risk and never replaces representative sampling and laboratory testing. Traceability strengthens the control system; it is not a substitute for it.

Lot identity
A PEZTEH lot should link the source farm or source lot, crop year, intake reference, processing date, production lot, laboratory sample reference, packing date, pack IDs and shipment reference.
