Repeatability

One great lot is nut enough

A beautiful sample can win an order. Consistency builds a supply relationship, and every following lot must remain aligned with the approved reference and specification.

The second must match it · And the third · And the tenth

How we control variation

  • Defined agricultural source or farm lot
  • Crop-year identification
  • Reference samples photographed under standardized lighting
  • Size and whole-kernel grading
  • Written defect definitions and tolerances
  • Representative laboratory sampling
  • Retained lot references where feasible
  • Packing-line and pack lot coding
  • Customer deviation review and approved-specification history

The PEZTEH rule

We prefer to decline a specification that cannot be produced consistently rather than accept it once and fail on the next shipment.
