Protection and delivery

Protect the kernel until the moment the customer opens it

Packaging should protect color, aroma, flavor, moisture, hygiene and physical integrity while fitting the customer’s production environment.

Packing objectives

  • Food-grade inner protection
  • Vacuum or nitrogen protection where validated
  • High-barrier laminated packaging where appropriate
  • Protective outer carton
  • Individual lot coding
  • Customer-specific labels and pallet marks

Verification noteActual formats, pack sizes and protection methods remain subject to producer confirmation.

02

Airfreight strategy

For premium whole green kernels, airfreight can support faster replenishment, smaller initial orders, reduced inventory exposure and a closer relationship between production date and customer receipt.

03

Temperature-controlled logistics

Storage and transport conditions are stated only after the producer validates the intended shelf life and packaging system. Customer-required conditions should be documented in the shipping plan.
